Former Public Relations Intern (2007)

My time as a Public Relations intern with the Community Enrichment Fitness Network was invaluable. I got to apply many of the writing and communication skills and concepts I learned in my classes to help move the organization’s mission forward. I really appreciated that the company’s leaders didn’t view me as just an intern, but an actual member of the team. They were always open to any suggestions I had. My experience at CEFN has been a highlight on my resume, and has opened the door to many professional opportunities. I would recommend any student looking to get hands-on experience in their field to intern with CEFN. It will help give you the real world experience you need to stand-out to employers in the future.
